Are you struggling with your breath when running or cycling?

Might sound crazy BUT I hear SO many runners & cyclists breathing dysfunctionally.

People in my private group ask about how to breathe when running/cycling all the time.

" I've been running for years but I don’t think I’m breathing right "

I’m saddened by the fact that some people are doing themselves more harm than good when they run.

They are putting pressure on their hearts that they really don’t need to.

Believe it or not many have actually got high blood pressure and the running can make that worse.

Learning to breathe correctly doesn't have to be a complicated process.
I run but I wouldn’t class myself as a running specialist. However I have been a coach for almost 40yrs and I know when someone is struggling to breathe.

I also know that, with a little understanding and a bit of practice, you can change your breathing patterns and enjoy your running more.

It’s 99% certain that classes will be starting back on Tuesday 11th August Ards,Thursday 13th comber Friday 14th Ards and Saturday 15th Ards and Comber
Now just to work out all the logistics
We will have limited numbers, so for myself to work out if we need extra classes and class times could I ask you to indicate if you will be returning to class.

Hi folks hope your all well.
After a long lockdown, some good news, it looks like we’ll be getting back early August. Things will be different, I’ve asked to have a walk visit to centres to explain our risk assessment procedures and they’ve to get back to me.
We will have reduced size classes to keep ourselves correct with distance and will have every possible safety procedure put in place.
Will keep you updated as I’m updated.
Can’t wait to get back teaching on the mats and seeing you all in person again.
