Juniors (all grades): 6.30pm - 7.30pm

About Ju Jitsu
Ju Jitsu is a highly effective martial art encompassing all aspects of punching, kicking, blocking, throwing, grappling and joint-locking. While the focus is on unarmed combat, as students progress to higher grades in the syllabus they also train with weapons such as the sword, the staff, rice flails, the tonfa, and so forth.
